Consumer Health - Data Scientist/ BI Specialist / Data Analytics Manager We're currently growing our Consumer Health business and have a career opportunity for a Data Scientist / BI Specialist / Data Analytics Manager in the United States. This role will support our team in the North America region. What the day will look like Responsibilities Leadership / Thought LeadershipIdentify opportunities to explore big data and develop creative solutions.Stay abreast of Health insights that may impact Aon’s point of view in communicating Plan Value to Client and Carrier partners.Participate and contribute towards setting up the product roadmap.Coach and lead Data Analysts to deliver on the product roadmap.Work with the Data Director to execute on business requirements and data strategy.Analytics and Insights DevelopmentWrangle data to develop & present meaningful and insightful data visualizations.Leverage our relationships with Carriers and Clients to understand market trends and identify revenue generating opportunities through data-driven analytics Communication and CollaborationAbility to present and advise analytical results to clients, vendors and AON partnersPartner across business functions and leadership to understand business challenges and effectively present data-driven analysis and insightsReview and support client upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate and liaise with Global Aon Analytics team to understand current capabilities for delivery. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chiicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
