Aon is looking for a National Healthcare Practice Professional Liability Broker Aon Risk Services Inc. of Maryland, an Aon Corporation company, seeks a National Healthcare Practice Professional Liability Broker in Miami, Florida to perform risk analysis for insurance broking services. Place healthcare insurance policies. Assess needs, design insurance solutions, and negotiate with insurance carriers to obtain insurance coverage for clients. Your impact as a National Healthcare Practice Professional Liability Broker Job Responsibilities:  Identify and analyze client risk exposures and ensure policy coverage addresses all such exposures. Act as advisor in broking, designing, selling, and servicing accounts in the U.S. and international markets. Leverage actuarial tools to finalize risk transfer quotes, complete comparison of program options, and include changes in exposures, losses, coverage terms and conditions, and total cost of risk. Implement risk transfer programs, including a review of binders and policies to ensure coverage accuracy. Develop and maintain business relationships with insurance underwriters. Facilitate the compilation of submission information with clients, relationship managers, originators and service center support. Finalize market submission and product design options to clients, relationship managers, and originators. May work from home 2 days per week. All positions require an applicant who has accepted an offer to undergo a background check. Annual Salary: $123,000 - $188,000.You Bring Knowledge and Expertise  Required Education and Experience: Must have a Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Risk Analysis, or a related field plus one year (or Bachelor's degree plus three years) of risk analysis for insurance broking services experience. Required Skills: Must have at least one year of experience in each of the following: Placing healthcare insurance policies; Assessing needs, designing insurance solutions, and negotiating with insurance carriers to obtain insurance coverage for clients; Identifying and analyzing client risk exposures; Leveraging actuarial tools to finalize risk transfer quotes, complete comparison of program options, and include changes in exposures, losses, coverage terms and conditions, and total cost of risk; Implementing risk transfer programs, including a review of binders and policies to ensure coverage accuracy; and Developing and maintaining business relationships with insurance underwriters.
