Our services include:Climate Risk AnalyticsOperational Risk QuantificationInsurance Program Modeling and OptimizationEnterprise Risk ManagementThe Senior Consultant – Risk Advisory Services serves as a trusted advisor it clients on the delivery of risk advisory and risk quantification projects across a range of enterprise and emerging risk topics. The Senior Consultant is expected to prepare and present proposals in response to RFP’s, lead quantitative modeling projects, deliver and report findings to clients, build relationships with Aon account executives and coach clients on adopting best practices. The Senior Consultant will also be expected to develop a specific area of knowledge and become a recognized subject matter expert in that area. The position requires an expert in Risk Advisory consulting (including risk assessments and risk management framework development) with a strong appreciation of broader risk transfer and analytics to advise clients on complex issues and to gain the confidence of both clients and the Aon network.Your Impact as a Senior ConsultantJob Responsibilities:Focus on leading client facing delivery activities providing Risk Consulting to a variety of industry verticals with a focus on Financial Institutions in the United States and Canada. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York.  The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.  The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
