Your Impact as an Actuarial Analyst – ReinsuranceWork Style: Hybrid As an Actuarial Analyst you will have responsibility for managing and completing projects across several P&C lines of business, as well as Specialty lines including Credit. You will become familiar with Aon's tools and approach, contribute to their development, and present Aon's solutions and services to our clients. The nature of the work is project-oriented, client-focused and targeted at creative problem solving. You will be exposed to a wide range of insurance and reinsurance products, both traditional and non-traditional, including but not limited to excess of loss reinsurance, stop-loss insurance, as well as various quota share structures. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
